Ingredients: 

Kala Zeera 50 gm 

Lakh Dana 50 gm 

Kaloongi 50 gm 

Ajwain ke patay 50 gm 


Method: 

Mix everything and eat 1 tsp of it everyday early in the morning before breakfast and at night after dinner
