Mint Chutney

 Ingredients:

2 cups Mint leaves -- fresh 
1/4 teaspoon Ground red pepper 
1/4 teaspoon Salt 
2 tablespoons Water 
1/4 cup Sugar 

 Method:

1-Put everything into an electric blender and mix well. 
2-Serve with pakoras and samosas.
