CHICKEN AND COTTAGE CHEESE CUTLETS

Ingredients:

Grated Cottage Cheese 2 packets
Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Bread Slices 4
Garlic 4 Cloves
Black Pepper Corn 6
Salt to taste
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilies 6
Beaten Eggs 2
Bread Crumbs 1 Packet
Oil to fry


Method:


• Firstly, boil chicken in ½ cup water and garlic cloves.
• When it is boiled, remove it from the stove and chop the chicken with bread slices.
• Add in 2 packet grated cheese, black peppercorns, chopped green chilies and salt. Make a mixture out of it.
• Make cutlets out of it.
• Dip them egg and roll them in bread crumbs and serve hot.
