Homemade Chocolate


    • Homemade chocolate is easy to make and you can make it any time for giving a double taste to your desserts. If you want to use it in melting form then use it after making otherwise freeze it and cut into your desired shape and entertain your kids. Go through this easy step by step guide for homemade chocolate.
    • Ingredients
    • Butter 160g (3/4 cup)
      Coco powder 2 cups
      Water 1 cup
      Milk 2/3 cup
      Flour 1/4 cup
      Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
    • Method
    • Step 1- Put butter and coco powder in a food processor and process until combine well.
    • Step 2- Add water in a pan and drop coco paste in water. Heat it up until hot but not boiling.
    • Step 3- Transfer mixture into a bowl. Mix milk, flour and sugar in the mixture while it is hot.
    • Step 4- Put the content in a food processor or mix with hand until comes in a constituency.
    • Step 5- Pour chocolate batter in moulds or ice cube tray and freeze at least 5-6 hours.
