Arbi Mince Parcels

These lovely delights are a great alternative to serve to your guests with afternoon tea.

Arbi Mince Parcels Ingredients

  • Mice (beef) 250 gm
  • Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red peper 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Tomatoes (cube) 1
  • Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 2
  • Samosay/Spring roll/Filo sheets (Roll Patian) 12

Arbi Mince Parcels Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add salt, crushed red pepper, turmeric and mince. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water and cover with lid. Cook for 15 minutes till mince is tender and soaks all water.
  4. Take off from stove and add coriander, green chilies, green onion, tomatoes, all spice powder and eggs.
  5. Mix the above mixture, fill in sheets and wrap up.
  6. Deep fry in a preheated oil till golden brown.
  7. Serve with ketchup and chutney.
