Four Seasons Pizza

Four Seasons Pizza - A delicious, interesting, quick and simple vegetable pizza. The pizza is topped with four different type of topping and gives four different tastes.

Four Seasons Pizza Ingredients

  • Pizza Crust 2 (nine inch)
  • For Sauce:
  • Tomatoes(quartered) 2 medium
  • Onion(chopped) 1/2 small
  • Garlic Cloves(chopped) 2
  • Basil Leaves 2
  • Dried Oregano a pinch
  • Black Pepper Powder a pinch
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • For Topping:
  • Green Capsicums 2 medium
  • Tomatoes (cut 1/4 inch) 2 medium
  • Cottage Cheese 200 gm
  • Button Mushrooms 10-12
  • Stuffed Green Olives 4-5
  • Stuffed Black Olives 4-5
  • Sweet Corn Kernels 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese 2 cup
  • Red Chilli Flakes 2 tsp
  • Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp

Four Seasons Pizza Cooking Directions

  1. For Sauce: Place tomatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cook, uncovered, on "High" (100%) for three minutes.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and cook, uncovered, on "High" (100%) for three minutes.
  3. Cool and puree in a blender till smooth.
  4. Spread the sauce over the pizza crust.
  5. Sprinkle with half the grated cheese.
  6. Arrange corn on one quarter of each pizza, mushroom slices on the second quarter, capsicum and tomato slices on the third quarter and cottage cheese slices on the fourth quarter.
  7. Sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano and the remaining cheese over the top.
  8. Arrange the green olive slices over the cottage cheese and black olive slices over the mushrooms.
  9. Cook in the microwave oven on "Low" (40%) for two minutes.
  10. Alternatively, grill top for ten minutes.
  11. Serve hot.
