Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream

Total Required Time: 12-1/2 hours + freezing time
Cook Time: 12-15 minutes

Either summer or winter everyone always get ready to enjoy ice cream this is one of the best ice cream with tasty Sapota (chikoo) flavoured.

Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream Ingredients

  • Sapota (Cheeko) 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin powder 2 tsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Cream 1 pkt
  • Condenced milk 1 tin
  • Oil 2 tbsp oil
  • Almond

Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream Cooking Directions

  1. Peel and cut cheeko in pieces.
  2. Boil cheeko in 1 cup water and sugar also add gelatin powder cook more.
  3. In blender put milk, cream and boiled cheeko blend well.
  4. Pour into ice cream mould and put in freezer.
  5. Roast almond in oil and crush well sprinkle almond on ice cream.
  6. Serve immedietly.
