Either summer or winter everyone always get ready to enjoy ice cream this is one of the best ice cream with tasty Sapota (chikoo) flavoured.
Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream Ingredients
- Sapota (Cheeko) 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Gelatin powder 2 tsp
- Milk 2 cup
- Cream 1 pkt
- Condenced milk 1 tin
- Oil 2 tbsp oil
- Almond
Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream Cooking Directions
- Peel and cut cheeko in pieces.
- Boil cheeko in 1 cup water and sugar also add gelatin powder cook more.
- In blender put milk, cream and boiled cheeko blend well.
- Pour into ice cream mould and put in freezer.
- Roast almond in oil and crush well sprinkle almond on ice cream.
- Serve immedietly.
