Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream

Either summer or winter everyone always get ready to enjoy ice cream this is one of the best ice cream with tasty Sapota (chikoo) flavoured.
Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream Ingredients
- Sapota (Cheeko) 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Gelatin powder 2 tsp
- Milk 2 cup
- Cream 1 pkt
- Condenced milk 1 tin
- Oil 2 tbsp oil
- Almond
Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream Cooking Directions
- Peel and cut cheeko in pieces.
- Boil cheeko in 1 cup water and sugar also add gelatin powder cook more.
- In blender put milk, cream and boiled cheeko blend well.
- Pour into ice cream mould and put in freezer.
- Roast almond in oil and crush well sprinkle almond on ice cream.
- Serve immedietly.

Pista Kulfi Ingredients
- Milk 1 kg
- Pistachio (Chopped)
- Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
- Ice Cream Powder 1 tbsp
- Sugar to taste
- Khoya (Optional) 1 cup
Pista Kulfi Cooking Directions
- Give boil to milk with sugar and cook until milk thicken and reduced in quantity.
- Put chopped pista in cream.
- Put ice cream powder in cream and mix well with spoon.
- Put milk this batter mix well with hand beater.
- Add kewra essence mix well.
- Pour into mould and put in refregerator for 3-4 hours.
- When serve sprinkle chopped pistachio.
- Chef Tip: Put dry ice cream powder in cream no need to dissolve in water or milk.

Khoya Malai Kulfi Ingredients
- Khoya 1 pao
- Condensed Milk 1 Tin (400g)
- Fresh Cream 2 Packets (400g)
- Kewra Water 1 tsp
- Pistachio 8-10
- Evaporated Milk (Chilled) 1 tin (400g)
- Bread Slices 2 Large or 4 Small
Khoya Malai Kulfi Cooking Directions
- Make sure evaporated milk is very well chilled.
- In a blender add fresh cream, evaporated milk, kewra water, pistachios, khoya, condensed milk and bread slices and blend.
- Pour the kulfi mixture into metal kulfi moulds (sachain) with lids.
- Put the kulfi moulds into the freezer.
- Note: When you want to serve, dip the mould in some water, so it loosens and with help of knife lift out the kulfi.

Four Seasons Pizza - A delicious, interesting, quick and simple vegetable pizza. The pizza is topped with four different type of topping and gives four different tastes.
Four Seasons Pizza Ingredients
- Pizza Crust 2 (nine inch)
- For Sauce:
- Tomatoes(quartered) 2 medium
- Onion(chopped) 1/2 small
- Garlic Cloves(chopped) 2
- Basil Leaves 2
- Dried Oregano a pinch
- Black Pepper Powder a pinch
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- For Topping:
- Green Capsicums 2 medium
- Tomatoes (cut 1/4 inch) 2 medium
- Cottage Cheese 200 gm
- Button Mushrooms 10-12
- Stuffed Green Olives 4-5
- Stuffed Black Olives 4-5
- Sweet Corn Kernels 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese 2 cup
- Red Chilli Flakes 2 tsp
- Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp
Four Seasons Pizza Cooking Directions
- For Sauce: Place tomatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cook, uncovered, on "High" (100%) for three minutes.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and cook, uncovered, on "High" (100%) for three minutes.
- Cool and puree in a blender till smooth.
- Spread the sauce over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with half the grated cheese.
- Arrange corn on one quarter of each pizza, mushroom slices on the second quarter, capsicum and tomato slices on the third quarter and cottage cheese slices on the fourth quarter.
- Sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano and the remaining cheese over the top.
- Arrange the green olive slices over the cottage cheese and black olive slices over the mushrooms.
- Cook in the microwave oven on "Low" (40%) for two minutes.
- Alternatively, grill top for ten minutes.
- Serve hot.

Barbecue Chicken Pizza Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (skinless & boneless) 1 half
- Homemade Pizza Dough or (16 ounce) package of Pre-Baked Pizza Dough
- Red Onion (thinly sliced) 1/3 cup
- Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
- Barbecue Sauce (divided) 1 cup
- Marinara Sauce 1/2 cup
- Sesame Seed Oil 1 tbsp
Barbecue Chicken Pizza Cooking Directions
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the chicken breast in the skillet, and top with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
- Cook for 10 minutes, turn, and top with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
- Continue cooking for further 10 minutes, until juices run clear.
- Cool slightly, and cut into chunks.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining barbecue sauce and marinara sauce.
- Spread evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese .
- Arrange cooked chicken chunks and red onion slices over the top.
- Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh cilantro/coriander leaves, and let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
